After signing listing agreement, the home inspection is scheduled within 3 business days. Results are available within 48 hours of inspection. Suggested updates will be discussed with Carl & the homeowner.

Do you offer any additional services beyond what's included in your all-inclusive program?

Special circumstances will lead to some additional services. Additional services will be discussed with the Realtor.

How long does it typically take to schedule and complete the free services included in your program?

Average time to complete all free services is up to 10 business days based on availability.

Are there any hidden fees or costs associated with your all-inclusive program?

No hidden fees, Realtor pays for all-inclusive program services.

Can I opt-out of certain services included in your program if I don't need them?

Yes, but all homes are required to have an appraisal, inspection, & HD photography.
